Secure Rooms to Be Built for FBI Spy Case

Plans were revealed Thursday that two secure rooms have been planned to house the documents involved in the spy case of James J. Smith and Katrina Leung. Bids are now being taken.

They are not charged with espionage but extraordinary security is expected for their trial scheduled for Nov. 18.

The two new rooms, one for each defendant, are required for them to store and examine classified documents.

Seems an expensive move to take in a case that doesn't involve espionage.
